Redcar installed a HUR 'Air Circuit' five years ago. Anne Smith, Centre Manager, says “we decided to buy HUR for several reasons. Our gym was at capacity and we were unable to extend our existing facility - but we did have a virtually unused squash court.
Some HUR machines provide two exercises, which offered not only better functionality than anticipated in the relatively small area, but also cost savings.
At peak periods our regular customers use the circuit, which avoids overcrowding. Because it is in a separate area we can programme sessions for other groups such as ladies, over 50’s and schools and provide specific instruction for them”.
